How should I store my Butlers Chocolates?
To maintain freshness, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 18°C (59°F - 65°F), away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Avoid refrigeration if possible to prevent sugar bloom.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury chocolates worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your chocolates suitable for vegetarians?
The majority of Butlers Chocolates are suitable for vegetarians. However, we recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed dietary information.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a complimentary gift message which we will print and include with your order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team immediately for a resolution.
Do you have options for customers with nut allergies?
While many of our recipes do not contain nuts, all of our chocolates are produced in a factory that handles nuts and peanuts. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% nut-free.
